Project Management

  • Overseeing complete project life-cycle processes spanning feasibility, design, value engineering, consultants/contractors/supplier relationships, and end-scale construction delivery and handover.

  • Our Project Management approach is centered around established processes and procedures for each phase of the project which are detailed in a tailored project-specific Project Execution Plan.

  • Schedule/Program management of all project phases to establish target milestones and completion dates for monitoring and control of project duration.

  • Commercial management for establishing project budget, as well as monitoring, managing and maintaining project cost, and reporting on forecast cash-flow and the financial targets of the project.

  • Planning, execution, and reporting activities which define the responsibilities of the various project parties and stakeholders, the communication lines, and reporting procedures to monitor and control quality, cost and time.

  • Risk management lies at the core of our Operational Strategy. Project risks are defined at an early stage of each project phase and closely followed-up and actioned on a regular basis for proper mitigation, avoidance or transfer of risk.

Design & Design Management

Construction Management

  • Management of the Construction phases, from enabling works, through building substructure and superstructure works, MEP, finishing, testing and commissioning up to final handover.
  • Development and implementation of Health & Safety plan.
  • Management of technical submittals, approvals, procurement and site work activities to achieve target program.

Contract Administration and Contract Management

  • Administration of bespoke contracts (FIDIC based) tailored for the specifics of the project.
  • Management of the Contract between the Client and Contractor to ensure administration of Contract is adequate and in line with the requirements.
